Day 3
I am trying to determine the employer’s work comp carrier and the adjustor’s contact information so UI can submit the off work note and request TTD be paid while the IW is off work under doctor’s care for the work injury.
The IW had a name and phone number but no other information.
I called today. The Adjustor’s voice mail reports out of office until tomorrow.
Plan is to call the adjustor first thing in the morning to verify her e-mail address and provide the office note and off work note.
