Day 4
IW reports seeing the LCSW for the first time since the work injury.
LCSW and IW agree that she will attempt a return to work as of 9/10/26. This is consistent with timeframe set by the APN who saw IW recently.
IW does express anxiousness about a RTW but is desiring to return to work where she feels support from her co-workers and staff.
IW is to return to the LCSW specifically for treatment associated with the work place assault.
