The office visit is reviewed with the IW on Tuesday following Labor Day.
IW is to remain off work through 9/9/26.
IW’s abdominal pain is considerably better.
IW still is anxious and nervous about a RTW on 9/10.
The IW e-mails the office visit note from MY Chart and updated off work note.

Defense counsel confirms the due and owing TTD will now be issued directly to the IW.
IW is informed TTD will be issued to cover all her lost time from work.
