Day 5 (Part 2)
Right before the end of the day on Friday before Labor Day I get an e-mail from a defense attorney who has been retained by the employer.
I re-submit all the prior e-mails and request an update on TTD to be provided no later than the Tuesday after the Labor Day Weekend.
I reach out to the IW and assure her a confirmation of TTD should be forthcoming on Tuesday.
